The Opportunity

Sunless Inc. is the original pioneer of automatic spray tanning booths and a leader in the sunless tanning industry, with top-tier brands such as Mystic Tan and VersaSpa. They are known for revolutionizing sunless tanning technology and consistently ranking #1 in their market.Sunless Inc. partnered with VividFront to create a website that would educate prospective booth owners about the benefits of adding a spray booth to their businesses while also serving as a resource for existing owners. The goal was to deliver a digital platform that supported both acquisition and retention, through educational tools and interactive features.

The Strategy

VividFront worked closely with Sunless Inc. to develop brand-specific product pages that clearly communicated the benefits of their booths. A newly developed ROI calculator was implemented, allowing prospective customers to see the potential financial benefits of their investment. Additionally, a comprehensive Knowledge Base was designed to provide current booth owners with detailed educational resources, including maintenance tips, troubleshooting guides, and best practices to optimize booth performance.

Vividfront and Sunless Inc. worked together to create new brand specific product pages to educate customers on their product offering and a newly developed ROI calculator was developed to show prospective customers what they have to gain from their investment. Additionally, a Knowledge Base was designed to house the more technical and educational material geared towards booth owners.
